This policy guarantees absolute product authenticity, full transparency, and safety for all our customers.

Due to safety, hygiene, and FSSAI regulatory compliance standards, all dietary supplements, nutrition products, and consumable items purchased on athleto.in fall under a strict "No Return, No Refund" policy once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We cannot accept returns on supplements for reasons relating to personal taste preference, product mixability variances, or changing your mind post-delivery. This ensures that every jar shipped from our distribution hub is 100% factory-sealed, un-tampered, and direct from our manufacturing lines (Kirsha Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.).
We will gladly process a free replacement or refund if your order meets any of the following exceptional criteria:
Transit Damage: The product jar, cap, or outer induction seal arrives broken, cracked, or visibly leaked during transport.
Incorrect Item Received: The product delivered does not match your ordered receipt (e.g., wrong packaging weight, wrong product line, or mismatched items).
Missing Items: Your shipment bundle or multi-pack kit arrives incomplete.
To safely validate claims and protect our platform against fraudulent behavior, all transit damage, wrong item, or missing product claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. * You must email a clear, unedited unboxing video to info@athleto.in.
The video must clearly show the courier shipping label, the outer box opening process, and the specific defect or damage on the product jar or inner seal.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or reported after the 48-hour window cannot be accepted.
For non-consumable merchandise—such as our Premium Stainless Steel All-Black Shakers, fitness gear, or lifestyle accessories—returns are eligible under the following guidelines:
Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of tracking delivery.
Condition: The shaker or gear must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in its original product box with all included parts (e.g., internal whisk ball, tags, and protective wraps) intact.
Reverse Shipping: If a gear return is requested due to personal preference rather than a manufacturing defect, reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer or deducted from the final refund amount.

Attach your clear unboxing video, product photos showing the issue, and a brief description of the discrepancy.
Our customer support team will evaluate your ticket within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your original delivery address via our third-party courier network.
Once your authorized return is picked up and received at our corporate facility for quality checking, refunds are processed according to your original transactional path:
Prepaid Orders (Cards, Net Banking, UPI): Refunds will be auto-credited back to the original payment source engine within 5 to 7 business days from the date of return approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support desk will contact you securely to request your bank account details or a valid UPI ID. COD refunds will be transferred digitally within 5 business days of receiving accurate account details.
Please note that original shipping charges, if applicable at checkout, are non-refundable.
Before Despatch: You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placement by contacting our Customer Care Line at +91 88606 06345 or emailing support. A full refund will be initiated instantly.
After Despatch: Once an order is handed over to our logistics associates and tracking nodes are live, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit. If you refuse delivery at your doorstep, a restocking fee may be applied to your account layout prior to processing any partial returns.
